I had a very bad Virus that was taking over my computer very slowly and making it very unusable. I tried going on to the internet and i was immediately rerouted to places i didn't want to go Emoticono frown and at times pop ups would take over the screen followed by warning your computer is infected with a virus! I had a very nasty virus and some other issues on my desktop computer. I had went to some computer stores in Escondido and was told it was unfixable! A friend had advised me of this guy. Chris is a really great guy. He came over to my house and fixed our computer. It was dead on arrival hee hee! Others have told us it needed a brand new hard drive. I searched several options before settling on Nemesis Computer Repair. Damien is super flexible and let me drop off my laptop late in the evening when all other options were already closed. From the first few minutes of talking to him, I knew he was the real deal. I went to a top 10 university with several friends who were computer science majors, but this guy is probably THE most knowledgeable with computers I've ever seen. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issues quickly and I was able to pick up my laptop the very next day (he actually fixed it up within several hours of my dropping it off). I felt robbed at most places of my money and was right long story short I was being taken advantage of! Nemesis not only fixed my issues, but he was very informative and saved me from computer hell and did a follow up with me to make sure I was taken care of and running smoothly. Hello I was not happy when my Desktop soon decided to turn on me while I was raiding in wow. First I started to notice my computer getting a little bitter hotter then normal, and my keyboard was messing me up in game. So I turned it off and let it cool down a bit! When turned back on starting acting funny my Google browser was rerouted to porn hub pissed off I unplugged everything went on yelp and looked around for answers a few computer techs wanted money up front before even looking at it! So I left I talked to Nemesis didn't know he was the same guy who I some times game with in Warcraft. He not only came right over fixed my computer he modded it and put more fans and told me stories of things I can do to help me more now since my computer system is back! Chris was available quickly to help me with a corrupted Office file. Some computer repair people take a long time to call you back or sometimes don't even call. Chris saw me the next day and took about an hour to help me with my laptop problem. His price is also very reasonable. I like that he is also based in Chula Vista which is very convenient for south bay residents. I will continue to use Chris again for any of my computer repair needs and recommend you do as well he is a Computer Genius and very knowledgeable!

Chris is really knowledgeable and was able to fix my gaming laptop. My laptop's Hard drive failed so he gave me the best options and recommended a few places where I could buy a new hard drive. To install the hard drive and the drivers he didn't over charge me. Chris is very professional and gives out great prices. So I was doing some winter cleaning and tumbled upon my families old desktop and I mean 17 year old Hp it was beat went out a couple years back so we stored it away but never backed up the memory. Chris was awesome. I have a Sony Vaio computer that is an all in one which is pretty hard to work with but he was able to do what he needed to do and fixed up my computer. Now my computer seems and runs like brand new. He put a complete security program, which I won't have to renew annually. I had so much wrong on my computer, it was ready to crash and I was ready to give up on it, but after he put a new hard drive in it and installed a more updated operating system and office suite on it, it now runs like new. Not to mention he was pretty fast getting the computer back to me. Chris definitely knows his stuff and can pretty much fix any troubling issue he encounters. I like that He works on computers one at a time until the work is complete and you are fully satisfied. I will definitely go back to him and recommend him to friends and family for any computer issues.
